User Conduct Guidelines

When utilizing any of Wexa.ai's Services, please be aware that you are prohibited from:

1. Collecting or extracting information and/or user data from accounts not belonging to you.
2. Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
3. Engaging in trickery, fraud, or misleading behavior towards Wexa.ai or other users, including but not limited to making false reports or impersonating another user.
4. Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any information collection mechanism, such as 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or similar devices.
5. Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Services or the connected networks.
6. Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening others, including Wexa.ai employees involved in providing the Services to you.
7. Disparaging, tarnishing, or otherwise causing harm, in our opinion, to Wexa.ai and/or the Services.
8. Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

Any accounts found in violation of the above may be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

How to Report Misuse:

‍Violations can be reported by sending an email to support@wexa.ai Please provide detailed information about the account, the content or behavior being reported, and how you discovered it, including URLs or screenshots. If you require a secure file transfer, inform us, and we will provide a link. Your identity will not be disclosed to anyone associated with the reported account
